2. coosing propeller by using BP-δ


the selction propeller using method BP-δ by reading BP-δ diagram. The first step is calculate 0.1739 √

Bp.
reading the chart aobove by drawing a straight line upwards from 0,1739√Bp which has been calculated

to cutelonged curved line. from the interection of a horizontal straight line so have value P/D. to know

valeu 1/Jo then had made a similar curved lines with curved lines are nearly. Valeu 1/Jo is used to

calculate advance coefficient (δo)
