Name and sequence ACL doesn’t add any functionality but it uses to remember acl name and exiting
functionality.

Troubling-shooting ACL

1. Router passpass outbound (means router creates packet for routing protocol and more)
but in bound it doesnot by pass since ipv4 packet created by other all packet get filter by
acl at router.
