A. What to do?

Record a video expressing to what extend you agree or disagree with Dan Pink’s
view on motivation using the present perfect, phrasal verbs, and other functions
practiced in this learning activity.

B. How to do it?

2. Read your notes, decide if you agree or disagree with his position, and record a

I don’t agree with his opinion. I have had many different jobs in my life and
the most important factor has always been money. For money, people get up
earlier, work out harder, and are able to do the impossible. You need money
if you want to take care of your family. When I am looking for a job, I always

I think it's a very interesting video, because the motivation is within each one of the
things we do, we can become great creators of products and we could also design
better business models, with a motivation that generates a great reward, we would
find in our works and in our daily commitments a better approach, with one of the
experiments that they developed with people I think they were very direct, they got
involved with the psychological part of the people and they gave us answers to many
of those who established wrong, since it is very motivating to generate a pleasant
reward to every taste of people because to generate an atmosphere of obligation and
focus motivation on just money we create boring and monotonous people, for this
reason I strongly agree with the video, so let's look for ways to include the growth of
our business or companies.
