Objective: Pursue a position in policy analysis where my interpersonal skills, customer service
orientation, as well as professional and positive attitude is needed and appreciated.
Education:
Assist patrons with use of the space and answer questions they may have.
Check equipment in and out from the Carrier Space using the Sierra System.
Help students and faculty utilize the equipment in the space, such as 3D printers, laser cutters,
virtual reality, narration room, etc.
Answer the desk phones.
Open/close the space, depending upon the designated shift time.
Greeting each customer with a friendly smile and hello as they enter the store
Provide each customer with hands-on customer service
Operating the cash register when checking out customers/doing returns/etc.
Help to train other new employees
Maintain a continuous watch for theft within the store
Constantly pick up the store/fold/clean/etc. the store when there is downtime
Role-play with a co-worker to build better communication/sales skills
Assist customers with any needs they have while in the store
Ensured that all bed and bathrooms were clean and sanitized
Communicated and assisted customers at the salon regarding questions & checking into tanning
beds
Washed and folded laundry
Met the wants and needs of customers by demonstrating a friendly and positive attitude
