made site visit on 30th October 2017.& Agenda ,Discussion & Decision made by three
Representatives are flowing attach photos .then HM Contractor prepared work schedule
on the base on three Representatives Decision.
We kindly Request to all client , Consultant & Civil Contractor work are progress on the
basis of Decision made by three Representatives

 Conclusion & Recommendation:

1: Civil Contractor Shall Maintain Work Progress on the basis of site visit
Decision.

2: Clint Shall Arrange Effective storage for gates Embedded Parts.

3.Clint ,Consultant & Civil Contractor should be flow working time properly.
Because HM Contractor arrange manpower ,Transportation vehicle & prepared
