offer; therefore, no insurance policy shall be issued for your vehicle’s coverage and BDOI, BDO and STANDARD
INSURANCE CO. INC. will not be liable for the consequences of the unissued/non-renewed policy including any
loss/damage that may occur after the policy’s expiry date.

converted your vehicle to a public utility vehicle (yellow plate or rainbow plate) so we may properly handle your
