RULES, REGULATIONS, AND GUIDELINES

A.) OFFICE TIMING

 The Company's working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 9.00 am to


5.00 pm. You are entitled to come on time.

 Office timing is 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. 30 Minutes grace period (9:00 a.m. to
9:30 a.m.) has been given to employees, after 9:30 a.m. employee half day
salary will be deducted.

 Each employee is liable to inform the HR Manager in case of late arrival or


in case of leave before the office timings.

 Prayer break will be 15 minutes and will be offered in their respective timings
in the nearest mosque.

 Your integrity in being punctual is a quality that is highly valued by the Firm.

B.) OTHER DISCIPLINE

 All employees have to keep their mobile on silent or switch off mode during
office hours and they can use mobiles for calling or texting and other users
only in lunchtime and tea break.

 You can share office numbers to your family members and they can use

 Make your usage area neat and clean and behave in a professional manner.
 The company has reserved the right to terminate employees based on their

poor performance or on violation of rules and regulations.

 Make sure the limited use of headphones during the office timing.

C.) GUIDELINES FOR LEAVE

 Any Leave (Except on sickness grounds) should be sanctioned by the HR


Manager in advance.

 If anybody needs to take a leave on an urgent basis on the same day, he/ she
should intimate about the same only to HR Manager by call or should use
company phone to inform about leave before 8:00 am. Every uninformed
leave will be counted as double unpaid leave.

 Employees allowed for Late coming up to 10 a.m. or early before 5:00 p.m.
Only 2 times allowed at first time. After 2 times if any employees do the
same this will consider a full day leave and full-day salary will be deducted.

D.) TIMING SHEET

 Timing sheet is available at the reception.

 Each day as you arrived at work, please ensure that you sign against your
name in the folder. Folder entries should be made on a daily basis and not in
one sitting for several days.

 A serious view will be taken if the Folder is defaced or incorrect data is


recorded in it.

 The first three late marks in a given calendar month may result in a deduction
of half day salary and in case of multiple arrivals; full-day salary will be
deducted subsequently.
