serving the customers. However, the CHREBJ-GM’s Delight is different because it is the only
company that serves a Camote topped and smashed with Malunggay. As for our supply, the
making of Nutri Sweet Camote is quite easy because we have competent, efficient and
innovative cooks who are able to make a maximum of 75 pieces of Nutri Sweet Camote per
hour. The ingredients and equipments as well are easy to buy because our location is quite near
to the city’s market.
Market Forecast
In this type of business, there will surely be growth and progress. People in all gender and
interests will be compelled to buy our product because we will be innovating and adding twists
to our product so the consumers especially the students will get interested with it. We will add
more vegetable and fruit fillings to our main product. Not only that, we will come up with
another products closely associated to our main one in terms of ingredients and nutrients. We
are certain that we will have more and more customers in the next years because the
competency, efficiency and capability of our business will increase. The scope of our business
will surely expand with the aid of each of our partners. Also, more numbers of people will be
added to our partnership business as it will continue to prosper. The supply of our products as
well will increase because of new equipment and machines we will be investing.

are known for their exotic product and average price followed by the Grilled Chicken Intestine
stall which offers low quality product and average price, and then the Fries stall which offers
high quality product and high price. By this figure, our company is planning to position our
business in the market between the Battered Quail Egg and Tempura stall and French Fries stall
on which we will provide a nutritious and delicious high quality snack that will suit the taste of
everyone and has an average price in which everyone can afford to buy.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

Product Description
Our main product is comprised of an assortment of vegetables. It is called the Nutri
Sweet Camote; an alternative snack made up of Camote that has a filling of different variance
which are malunggay (horse radish) and peanut. Camote is one of the best choices of snack for
it is an excellent source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C. Additionally, it is a good source of potassium,
Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2 and phosphorus. These fillings, as well, have different nutrition that will
contribute to our customer’s health. The Malunggay, also known as the Miracle Tree, is a
multipurpose plant, as the leaves, pods and all other parts can be utilized. It is a powerhouse of
nutritional value. The peanut, as well, is abundant in the vitamins niacin, folate and Vitamin E.

The product is served at the counter, for take-out and as street and classroom snacks.
We also take orders online, by phone, or at our location (exclusive in Mandaue and Lapu-Lapu
only).

CHREBJ-GM’s DELIGHT will provide and satisfy the needs and the cravings of the
customers without compromising their health.

CHREBJ-GM’s Delight is a small business with an office of 80 square kilometers and a 50
square kilometers stall located at Looc, Mandaue City beside University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and
Mandaue Campus.

CHREBJ-GM’s Delight office is located at Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City. Its 11 partners are staying
there for important personal interactions and business discussion. The total number of
employees residing there will be 50. When on the other hand, the stall which is located beside
UCLM will be jam-packed with a total number of 90 employees.

In entering into a business, one must decide on the type of business organization he will
get into. CHREBJ-GM’s Delight decided to venture into partnership form of business. This
partnership is owned and managed by 11 members namely: Ria Jane Lumbab, Batsheba Inihao,
Honey Cristelle Timonio, Glades Remorosa, Haidee Obuta, Erica Faburada, Josephine Villarubia,
Michelle Pangan, Cruzel Cortes, Cristel Dinawanao, and Bianca Cane. These partners contribute
money, skill and other resources and share profit and loss in accordance with the terms of the
partnership agreement. The partners choose this type of business ownership because it is easy
to operate and it offers flexibility of action in decision making.
Organizational Structure

Liability of the owner

If you own a business, you may have thought about liability issues. Each member of the
business partnership is personally liable for the entire amount of any business related
obligations. In general speaking, we as partners of the business partnership have the general
liability for all partnerships debt. As business owners, we are all responsible in controlling the
day to day management of the business in order to protect it from the worst case scenarios.
We chose the General Liability which pertains to equilibrium of the partners in terms of capital,
work, and income. We are obliged to invest and spend same amount of money. As for the
debts, we are responsible to also pay equal amount of money.

Role of the Owner

As a business owner, one must do everything in order to create a successful business. So
as an owner in small and new business, there are many roles that we should fill in. To get the
business started, the owner should be a good business planner, everything must be organized
and well balanced. The owner must also be a Human Resource Specialist, one must hire the
best and appropriate people as they can and should have a great relationship between the
employees and the owner. The owner should also play as a marketing expert so that the public
will become aware of the business that he is engaged in. Finance and accounting is also
important in driving a business. The owner should have a start-up capital to make a small
business. Bookkeeping is also one of the role of a business owner, one should maintain the
company's financial and preparing records. In having a small business, the owner must comply
business license law to make the business legal. Signing legal contracts and sales agreement is
also one of the roles of the owner. So as an owner, one must take all of these roles to achieve a
successful business.

Proposed Salary
Employees and employers can get benefits from our company with regards to the
salary. The partners of this business will have a minimum income of Php 150 per day, Php 2250
per 15th day and Php 4400 per month in accordance to their efforts, investments and working
period. The salary of the employees vary especially that there are shiftings.
