FOREWARD

Assalamualaikum , Wr. Wb.

Praise us for the presence of Allah SWT. which has bestowed His mercy and guidance,
so that we can still carry out our activities without any obstruction.

In order to improve the quality of health care for patients and as an effort in realizing
improving health status, it is necessary to increase the knowledge of nurses about nursing
actions, especially in the provision of fluid therapy for patients who experience fluid and
electrolyte disturbances, both intravenously and parenterally, so that can increase the
knowledge and skills for the nurse herself ..

In this proposal we convey all aspects of the problem that prompted us to propose a
request for financial assistance from the Head of the Presidential Hospital, Gatot Soebroto
Hospital. In an effort to improve the quality of hospital services and savety patients. This
proposal was prepared considering the importance of fluid therapy for patient safety. To
improve the quality of nursing services, nurses' knowledge and competencies are needed to
increase in the nursing room for the achievement of professional nursing.

Thank you for your attention and participation.

Wassalamu'alaikum, Wr. Wb.
