About the company:Moreish Foods Limited was established in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India in

the year 1989. Moreish Foods Limited has since grown into Eastern India's largest bread
manufacturing company, and Moreish bread, has grown into a premium well-known and
loved brand in eastern India.

The company manufactures wide range of breads and buns, such as white, brown, multi
grain, buns, Mumbai Pavs. Other bakery products such as Cream Roll, Cookies, Cakes,
Christmas Cakes, Rusks and other Puff products are also manufactured in Moreish.

Position: Sales Supervisor

Company - Moreish Foods (Kolkata & Suburbs)

Candidates with two-wheeler and valid driving license will be given preference or
who commits to get bike during the training period.

Job Description

 The position is that of a Sales Supervisor who would primarily be responsible for
developing and exploring new markets in Kolkata and Suburbs market.
 This supervisor for first 6 months will be required to work as Sales Officer/trainee
and upon completion of probation period we would handover responsibilities of
Supervisor to the respective candidate.
 Candidate should be able to :

 Conduct market surveys to list retail outlets in one’s area


 Work on all climatic conditions as it a daily perishable product business and
daily visit to assigned outlets are mandatory for the business.
 Work early morning 6am to visit all stores in a zone allocated to him and take
orders from all retailers based on their requirements. Thereafter work
similarly on second zone during evening hours.
 Manage cash against all products sold on daily basis.
 Prepare market intelligence and sales reports on daily basis.
 Promote new products when launched and be a part of promotional activity in
malls and retail outlets.
 Solving queries of the market regarding schemes and returns/expiry etc.
 Liaison with factory accounts team and visit at-least twice a week to the
manufacturing unit based in Domjur- Howrah to reconcile all retailer
accounts.
 Identify opportunities for network expansion in the market like addition of
new dealers, value up-gradation of existing dealers etc.
 To assist the Sales Manager/GM Sales in leading, directing and motivating
the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
 To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of
customer service with existing and new customers.
 Candidate needs to explore opportunities for gaining market share by analysing data
and trends to ensure sustainable sale potential.
 Design schemes based on sales planning agenda and market feedback to ensure
overall dealer profitability and sales growth.
 Forecast the product demand in the market appropriately to ensure availability of
stock as per market demand.

Addition Skills Required:

 MS office: Presentation and excel skill is mandatory,


 Relationship building,
 Ability to understand and speak Bengali , Hindi and English
 Persistent, Enterprising and energetic
 Strong Interpersonal & Leadership skills
 Sound Arithmetic Skills
 Convincing and negotiation skills.

Educational Qualification Required:

 MBA in any stream

NOTE:Candidate should be flexible enough to work on other manufacturing


units/locationsof the company if required.
