1 Summary
概述
JQ Type Rubber Transfer Pump is a type of single-stage cantilever centrifugal
pump, which is used for transferring sewage and mixture liquid contains solid
material. It is the special pump of the power plant condenser tube cleaning
system, which can be also used for draining sewage in the works, mine, cities
and transferring the mixture liquid of water and fecula in farina works.
JQ 型胶球输送泵系单级悬臂式离心泵，它可以输送无水及含固态物质的混
合液。是发电厂用于凝汽器胶球清洗装置的专用泵，也可用于工厂、矿山、
城市排除污水及淀粉厂输送水与玉米的混合液。

2 Structure Description
结构说明
Major parts of JQ type rubber transfer pump are made of pump body, pump
cover, bearing case (or bracket), impeller and shaft etc., and material of pump
body adopt 316L, impeller adopt 316L，shaft adopt 316L. The pump cover and
suction pipe are made into one body, which locate horizontal direction, the
outlet could rotate 90 degree, 180 degree, 270 degree if required. Pump
connected with the electric motor directly by gear-inset type shaft coupling. See
from the driving direction the pump shaft rotate clockwise. Sealing ring is made
of mechanical seal, which prevent the high-pressure water in the water pump
from leaking back entering water position, it could be changed for spare parts
after wear and tear.
JQ 型胶球输送泵主要零件有泵体、泵盖、轴承箱（或托架）、叶轮、轴等，
其中泵体材质为 316L，叶轮采用 316L，泵轴采用 316L 材料制成。泵盖与
吸入管铸为一体，呈水平方向，出水口根据需要可旋转 90 度、180 度、270
度。泵与电机用牙嵌式联轴器直接连接。从传动方向看时，泵轴为顺时针方
向旋转。密封环为机械密封制成，防止水泵中高压水漏回进水部位，磨损
后可用备件更换。

注意事项
a. Entry/exit pipeline should not bent rapidly avoid of being clog.
进出管路不应急剧弯转，以防堵塞。
b. Check consumable parts and bearing timely according to actual status, which
must be changed and avoid of accident if required.
根据使用情况，定期检查易损件和轴承，必要时进行更换以防事故。
c. In winter, the water must be discharged completely during the pump stop
working period avoid freezing crackles.
冬季停泵时应将水放净，以防冻裂。
d. Adjustment it in the range of this pump technical specification in order to be
used in economic and durable.
调整应在该泵的技术规范内使用，以达经济耐用。

5 Installation and maintenance

安装与维护
In order to prevent the turbine in operation from major damage due to the
Before installation, inspect pump and accessories and prepare for instruments.
Observe it if the base of the foundation is firm. The correct position of the pump
shafts and electric motor should be adjusted and found, it must be ensured shaft
coupling is aligned with the other one without deviation and with suitable gap.
The pipe of inlet is supported on its own bracket, in event of avoid putting its
weight on the pump. It should be inspected the driving direction of the pump
before operation. When it begin to start up it must be exhausted and to be

vacuum if it doesn’t pour into the head of water. When it’s running it must be
adjusted degree of tightness of the stuffing, it is suitable that it is 10-20 drops of
water every minute from the stuffing.
安装前作好泵与附件的检查和工具准备工作。注意底座基础牢固可靠。调整
找正泵轴、电机轴的位置，保证两联轴器中心对准，不得偏差，并保证适
量间隙。输入水管应由它自己的支架支撑，以免将重量压挂在泵上。运转前
检查泵的转向。启动时，如不是灌注水头，必须设法抽真空。运转时对填料
的松紧程度进行调整，以每分钟从填料中渗透 10-20 滴水为宜。
In order to watching the running conditions of the pump, it should be installed
the pressure-meter (or vacuum-meter) on the inlet of the water pump and
installed the pressure-meter on the outlet of the water pump. During its running
period, the increasing temperature of the bearing is not above 35 degree, its top
temperature is not above 75 degree. It must have an inspection of the pump
timely every 1000 working-times. The maximum diameter of the cooperation
position gap between impeller and sealing ring is 1mm, the sealing ring can be
changed if the number is above 1mm. If the water pump stopped to work for a
long period, we should disconnect and inspect its parts and store them properly
with coated oil avoiding corrosion.
水泵进口应按压力表（或真空表），出口按压力表，以监视泵的运转情况。
水泵在运转过程中，轴承温升不应超过 35℃，其最高温度不应大于 75℃。
水泵每工作 1000 小时，应进行周期检查。叶轮与密封环配合处的间隙在直
径上最大值为 1 毫米，若超过，可换密封环。若水泵长期停用，应对零件
拆卸检查，涂防锈油妥善保存。
Procedure of installation and maintenance of the water pump is carried out
according to the following order (refer to the structure drawing), loosen and
replace the hexagon nuts, remove the inhalant oviduct, loosen and replace the
impeller nut, remove the holding back gasket, impeller, the body of pump, rear
cover and sleeve, loosen and replace the hexagon nut, replace the bearing cover,
using iron duct which diameter is a bit bigger than shaft’s knocking the bearing
inner ring gently on rear position and remove the shaft. When installation, carry
it out according to the counter-order.
对水泵进行维修保养时，可按以下顺序，并参照结构图，拧下六角螺母，
取下吸入喇叭管，拧下叶轮螺母，取下止退垫圈、叶轮、泵体、后盖和防护
套、拧下六角螺钉，拆下轴承压盖，用略大于轴径的铁管从后端轻击轴承
内圈，取下轴。安装时反顺序进行。

Special Attention: In order to prevent the seal from destroying, the machine
seal-up pump and the non-affusion generator are strictly prohibited to
operate.
特别提示：机械密封式泵，不注水电机严禁运转，以防损坏密封。
