I have chosen to buy the things and food in the physical retail shop rather than online shop. Although it
is more convenience and time saving to buy things online, I notice the average prices of the things and
food are lower in the retail shop; especially during some period of time when they have special
promotion. For example, if you buy up to HKD 500 or above , you will get an addition of 5 % discount.

Besides that, not all the items I want can get from the online shop (e.g. shushi). When I buy stuff in the
retail shop, I can check immediately the goods are in good condition, date of expiry for food and physical
contact to make sure that are the things like to buy. When you buy things online, you can only make the
selection base on the photo they show to you, which may not be 100% same as the actual product.

As a consumer, you always have the right to choose the things you want to buy and also the right to be
informed about the products details.

On the other hand, consumer have the responsibilities to examine the goods and ensure they are not
defect before leaving the shop and not to be tempted by misleading advertisements.
