CONTRACT OF LENDING

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Contract of Lease (the “Contract”) is made and executed by and between:

MARTHA DIAZ, of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence at 56

Mola St., Makati City, hereinafter referred to as the “Lender”;

– and –

JUAN CARLOS, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with residence and
postal address at 58 Mola St., Makati City, hereinafter referred to as the
“Borrower”;

WITNESSETH, THAT:

WHEREAS, the Lender is the owner a motor vehicle particularly described as follows:

Brand : Suzuki
Model : Alto Base
License Plate : AAA1234

WHEREAS, the Lender lends the said motor vehicle to the Borrower;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and stipulations
hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto agree to the following terms and conditions:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. SUBJECT – The Lender hereby lends to the Borrower and the Borrower hereby agrees to borrow
from the Lender the motor vechile;

2. TERM – The term of this Contract shall be for two (2) years, commencing from 12 October, 2017
and shall expire on 11 October 2019, no automatic renewal;

3. RENTAL – The Lender shall be bound to pay the Lender a monthly rental of Eight Thousand
Pesos (P8,000.00);

4. PURPOSE – The Borrow shall utilize the said motor vehicle for his food delivery business;

5. TERMINATION – The Contract shall be automatically terminated upon the Borrower’s failure to
pay the rental fees, or failure to use the motor vehicle in accordance with the purpose stated above;

6. EFFECT OF TERMINATION – Upon the termination mentioned above, the Borrower shall
automatically return the said motor vehicle to the Lender, plus any unpaid rental fees and damages,
if any.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands at the place first above
