1. Introduce of Huu Tho corporation
Founded in 1962, Hoa Tho is one of the textile enterprises with a long
history and large scale with 2 main areas:

1- Manufacturing, trading and exporting all kinds of garments and fibers.

2- Importing essential materials and equipment for spinning and garment

production

Not only is the leading yarn - sewing supply system in Vietnam, Hoa Tho
also plays a pivotal role in the activities of Vinatex and Vitas, actively
contributing to Vietnam textile and garment industry for decades. by.

2. History of formation and development of the Corporation.

- 1962:

Established in 1962, the precursor named Hoa Tho Textile Factory

(SICOVINA) belongs to Vietnam Cotton Cloth Industry Company. In
1975, when the city of Da Nang was liberated, Hoa Tho Textile Factory
was taken over by the government and returned to operation on April
21, 1975.

- 1993:

Change of name of establishment of a State-owned enterprise: Hoa Tho

Textile Company under the establishment decision No. 241 / TCLĐ of
March 24, 1993 of the Ministry of Light Industry.

- 1997:

Changed its name to Hoa Tho Textile and Garment Company under
Decision No. 433 / QD-TCLĐ of Vietnam Textile and Garment
Corporation.

- 2005:

Transformed into Hoa Tho Textile and Garment State Limited Company
under the Decision No. 200/2005 / QD-TTg dated 08/08/2005 of the
Prime Minister.

- 2006:

November 15, 2006, changed to Hoa Tho Textile and Garment

Corporation under Decision No. 3252 / QD-BCN of the Ministry of
Industry, and officially went into operation on February 1, 2007.
