paying all workers the same salary in a company promotes harmony and respect among

colleagues

I do not agree on this especially that it's a company with a lot of workers in different
positions. The workloads are not the same and it's not fair for those who tried their best to be
on top and was promoted. Harmony and respect goes along the way because it is given in a
working area to have a harmonious relationship and be respected. The salary may not have to be
the same to attain the goal as long as you are doing your job and knows your responsibility to
have that peaceful relationship. It is not through salary that this will be achieved, it's on the
company itself on how they will train their workers and how they will discipline them
considering that most of the workers probably are professionals.

Each individual, before they apply they are already aware on what to do, they expected
worst scenarios and simple characteristics like these is a must for everyone hence they know
that they will be working with other people who are stranger to them. The same payroll for all
workers is not a solution to the problem but doing it with this reason may cause bigger chaos on
the part of the workers who already have their positions. A company should consider all the
facts if it will work, if not there's always what we call the team building wherein everyone will
learn the proper etiquette of being a colleague. That they have to understand that the aim of the
company is one and that is through helping each other.

In a company, may it be small or big it has to take risk considering the facts that the
employees will always have a hard time or misunderstandings but they will eventually learn in
the process. There are the rules and regulations that have to be applied even from the boss
because as they said the one who made the rules should follow no exceptions. First and
foremost, the employees did not apply to their aimed positions and pursue it if they are unaware
of their salaries. A reason why every business should have contracts between employer and
employees for their non-disclosure agreement so it's understood that everyone who will work in
the business will not have the same wages except if they applied for the same job.

If they will make the income for all of the employees the same eventhough they don't
have the same positions, it might cause a problem and the harmony and respect will not be
observed. Thinking that they will have the same payments, the respect will not be applied hence
they knew that they have the same wage. For example, an employee respects a person who is
senior than her in the business because she or he knows that the person they are respecting is
superior than him or her. In this world, there are a lot of people who are not passionate in their
work that can led to fights and not being a good sample for an employee, others are just
respecting their superiors because they knew that the person they are respecting has a higher
position than them. We live in a greedy world, where everyone is hungry with higher salary and
higher positions that has to be much better than the others. A fair treatment is not
recommendable to have a harmonious relationship and respect in the business. These trait are
earned and learned at the same time it does not affect the income for everyone.
