Financial Policy Reminders:

1. Avail 5% discount on tuition fee for full year payment.
2. Application fee is non-refundable and paid only once to all newly admitted students.
3. Deposit fee is refundable when the student leaves the school and paid only once to all newly admitted students.
4. WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY:
Students who withdraw after payment has been made within the periods stated below are entitled to the following refund:
▪ 1st week of classes: 90% refund of tuition fee
▪ 2nd week of classes: 80% refund of tuition fee
▪ 3rd week of classes and onwards: NO MORE REFUND
5. Miscellaneous Fee Inclusion for Nursery & Kinder:
▪ Nursery Miscellaneous fee includes: Student supplies, 2 sets of casual uniforms, and homework bag.
▪ Kinder Miscellaneous fee includes: books, Student supplies, 2 sets of standard school uniform, 1 set of PE, and homework bag.
6. Other Fees inclusions for Grade 1 - 12
▪ Curriculum & Instruction fee includes textbooks rental fee, workbooks, digital books, TOEFL tests
(Primary & Junior assessment only, not for university application purposes), reading horizon curriculum,
IXL, tumble books & other practice materials online.
▪ Activity Fee will cover the cost of all related school trips and school event activity (excluding paid afterschool activity).
▪ IB Program fees excludes IB Diploma examination fee for Grades 11 & 12.
7. When converting Dollars to Php, the fixed exchange rate given by the school is $1=Php54.00
