CURRENT SITUATION
A house for a 3 generation family combined with
a clothing workshop, located in the north of Hanoi
next to the busy Au Co street. The owner wants a
more clear seperation between living and working in
the house, and encounters environmental problems
as described below.

insulation and little shading. Furthermore, the basement floods in case of heavy rain.
