 Strategies for Competitive Advantage

1. Differentiation ; Elevate Indonesian Culture and originality
Second Wanci as a company offer a product that will elevate Indonesian culture. Our
product are watches made of bamboo taken from local craftsman not machine and
then combined with the straps from Indonesian fabric culture.
2. Cost Leadership ; Cheaper than other
We as a new brand that appears on the market able to offer a much cheaper price start
from Rp.550.000 compare to other bamboo watches product who mostly have the price
start from Rp.650.000. This is because we use services from craftsman and for the raw
material itself such as machines and glass we get from the other vendors separately to
get a much cheaper price and can suppress our COGS. Then we bring it to Craftsman
to be processed into bamboo watches.

We as a member of Second Wanci will provide our best service to customer with fast
response to facilitate customer in obtaining information of our products through several
media such as Instagram, Whatsapp, and Line@.

kirim jadi 20 dan 25. 20-30 buah dan 20-40 buah. Sekitar 5 meter dua
duanya. Tali lebih tipis seratnya juga lebih kecil, Gombong lebih tebel
seratnya juga. Garut no 1 dan subang.
