Operation Procedure:

1. Make sure the regulator is open before you operate the deck oven.
2. Use long handle lighter.
3. Preheat the deck oven.
4. Use bakers peel when getting the bake bread inside the deck oven.
5. After using the deck oven make sure the regulator be close.
