Good Evening Everyone!

• Thank you for being part of this lunch Forum of ASGC here in Dubai. Today we are
celebrating our 30th anniversary since our set up in the UAE. Our organization is one
of the oldest Private Real Estate construction companies and the 5th largest in the
UAE. Today, I want to commemorate the hard work and dedication of labors towards
the organization irrespective of their power, position, roles and responsibilities. The
fact is that no company can flourish or even sustain growth without laborers; in fact,
what we need to say, is that every employee working for the company counts.
Companies should also ensure other than following the 8 hours of work that labors or
employees need to abide by, they should not be discriminated against on the basis of
race, gender, disability, etc. and they should be paid competitive wages/salaries. In
addition to this, each labor is an individual first and thus should be valued irrespective
of their position or job responsibilities. We have the honor to have you as part of our
employees and work with all of you. We are indebted towards all what you have
contributed to the social and economic achievements of the UAE. Out of sheer respect
we acknowledge your contributions, loyalty and devotion and we will ensure the
prosperity, strength and well-being of you and your families.

• Our organization gives utmost importance to the hard work of every employee and
believes in giving them equal rights. I am associated with this company for around 5
years now and I would like to put in place a robust rewards and benefits program for
all employees.

• Since we have many new joiners in the organization who are also present today; I
would like to give a brief about ASGC and to assure you of the safety measures we
take in our environment. Here we would like to look into the medical insurance benefits
and correct any shortcomings.

• It’s important that the organization doesn’t solely operate with the intention of
generating profit; but it should also take care of the needs and requirements of the
employees without whom, the company cannot achieve its goals. At the same time,
laborers or employees should also respect the work culture and stick to the code of
conduct of the organization they are working with.

• ASGS, certainly protects the rights of the laborers and the employees. Bonuses
should be put in place for all those who are meeting the targets, great achievements
and creativity should be fairly rewarded and personal development courses, skill
enhancements and trainings in specialized areas will be considered to those
employees who thrive hard to overachieve and they will enjoy educational support to
their children. This is a new initiative which I am sure will resonate well with all of you
over here and I am sure you will all work towards achieving your KPIs and targets.
