We are students from Adamson University taking up Bachelor of Science Hospitality


Management. We are undertaking a study entitled, “GUESTS’ ASSESSMENT OF THE
SERVICE QUALITY OF SELECTED BUFFET RESTAURANTS IN METRO MANILA”
as an undergraduate thesis. The objective of the study is to investigate about the customer’s
awareness towards the service quality of selected buffet restaurants in Metro Manila.
