1) Accepted to work in common team(AIX,LINUX,Backup & Storage,WAS) in order to

support our project process.


2) Supporting common team by coming in all shifts without any hesitation and also
providing on call support beyond my shift timings.
3) In addition to WAS related reports and also sharing backup,storage,AIX and LINUX
related reports to clients as well as internal teams quickly as requested.
4) Regularly sharing WAS system health checklist and AIX system health checklist in
morning and also evening on time.
5) Regularly recording all my availabilities,daily activities and service request
in Timesheet.

1)Willingly shared all my experiences and knowledges related to WAS(WAS


installation,Application Deployment and upgrade,Creating Application servers, Web
servers and clusters,Configuration of(JDBC,Data Source,Virtual host,Shared
library,SSL), etc.
2)Shared all WAS related documents and daily activities(CBS PM,PLI PM, MIS) to
common team.
3)Supporting common team 24/7 by sharing my knowledge during emergency situation
without any hesitation through on call and also connecting webex beyond my shift
timings.

1)Pro Actively Monitoring (WAS servers, AIX servers,Windows server Backup, DB


Backup,File system backup, etc.) before issues occur.
2)On time availability during severity call.
3)After successfully done the Customer Portal UAT Application Deployment, faced
server starting issue. Then I have identified synchronization issues in CP and PLI
AP nodes and solved the problem.
4) Recently worked with uploading photo and singnature issue in SFTP Utility by
adding route with gateway.
4)While updating Fix pack in non-prod servers, we have successfully identified and
solved some parameter missing in package for some of the E-banking servers before
problem occurs.

6)Recently I worked PLI customer portal and ECMS batch issues.

1) Closing the tickets with proper solution within stipulated time.


2) Around 200 tickets are closed for this year successfully without crossing SLA in
CSI ticketing tool by closely monitoring the system.
3) In order to avoid unwanted automatic tickets in CSI tool, we are closely
monitoring the system availability and system utilization.

Gupta for resolving PLI customer portal and ECMS Batch issues.
