I. OBJECTIVES
At the end of the lesson, at least 95% of the students must have:
1. enumerated the six steps on how to print a document using computer
hardware peripherals
2. demonstrated the given task actively and correctly
3. printed-out data as required using computer hardware peripherals

A. Topic: Print-out data as required using computer hardware peripheral devices in
accordance with standard operating procedures.

really mastered our lesson yesterday. Now,
let us proceed with our new lesson.
A. Lesson Proper

1. Motivation

Maam, our lesson is all about the six steps on
how to print a document.
The six steps in printing a document are:
1. First step is to open an existing word
document or start a new document and type
the text.
2. Click file in the top left-hand corner of the
document.
3. Move down and click the Print in the menu.
4. Choose how many copies of your document
you need.
5. Choose how many pages you need to print.
6. Click Print and the document will now start
printing on your printer.
(Students are expected to read together)
(Students are expected to go to their group
and cooperate with each member to perform
the given task correctly and actively)

IV. Evaluation
Enumerate the six steps orally on how to print a document while performing it individually. You are
given 2 minutes to finish the task.

(Teacher will listen to the steps enumerated by the students orally and observe how they perform
each steps. Students will submit the printed document for checking and recording. A scoring
rubrics will be used for scoring.)

V. Assignment/Agreement
Research and study in advance the different storage devices. Print it in a short bond paper and
submit it next meeting.
