problems. According to Ms. Baisol her family don’t have any diseases. All of them are alive and
well even their parents. While in the family of Mr. Alvin two of them have hypertension. The
mother of Mr. Alvin, Mrs. Aquino experience hypertension in her age. And the eldest in their
siblings also have hypertension. The son and daughter of Ms. Baisol don’t have any problem in
their health except Alfred for having a low weight according to his age.

Mr. Alvin Aquino is dedicated to his work. He don’t have any recreational activity for his daily
leaving. He just rest at home after his work and just smoke cigarette if he likes. Ms. Michelle is
not that an outgoing person she just go to market when she buy foods and necessary thing that
their family need. She also go in the church in kawit when she have a time. She also go in the
