Dear Mr Mouthon Bello,

A DAAD selection committee has given detailed consideration to your

application for funding for a Study Visit.

As with all applications, this involved extensive discussion on all the key
aspects of your application. However, I regret to have to inform you that
your project could not be considered for funding.

This application round once again saw the number of qualified

applications well exceed the number of projects that we can financially
support with the budget available to us.
