a. True No Doc loan. EZ Qual. Leave the Employment and Income blank on 1003
b. No Tax Return. No 4506.
c. Properties in Calif. plus AL, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, KY, LA, MA, MD ,ME, MS,
NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY
d. 30 year term, fixed for 3, 5, 7 or 30 years.
e. Must own the property you live to qualify for above
f. < 70% LTV must be located in populous area (no rural)
g. > 70% LTV must be located in metropolitan areas
h. Term of prepay protection – 3 Years (can be brought down with rate bump)
i. Loan amounts $100K to $5M
j. Proof of Property income is Copy of Lease
k. Loaning to: Individuals | Corporations | LLC | LLP | Family Trusts
l. We can normally quote 2 points to the borrower

e. Do not have to own property you live. It is okay to rent.
f. No prepay on 1 and 2 year loan. 1 yr prepay on 3 yr loan. 5 yr prepay on 5 yr.
g. Prepay in f. above can be bought down with slight bump to rate
h. Loan amounts $100k to $15M
