 In charge of all outsourced processes such as CED coating, Powder coating & Platting
 In charge of incoming inspection; ensure all activities related incoming inspections
 Attend all Customer and Internal meetings as req’d to assure all issues are tabled and
addressed in a timely manner.
 Supplier selection & approval along with sourcing department through assessment of supplier
facility & quality system.
 New part development at supplier end and assist supplier in the deployment of PPAP to
deliver parts which conference to set standard/specification.
 Educate Suppliers about improving their performance through adoption of new quality
improvement techniques. Supplier up gradation activities.
 Initiating, following-up & implementing CAPA for supplier’s issues and monitoring their
performance.
 Plan and Execute for Supplier system audit and Process audits
 Prepare supplier monthly quality performance and deliver to the supplier
  Prepare Cost of Quality for all the suppliers and submit approved debit notes to the
Finance Department.

 Annual cost saving 4 lacs by Identifying and developing new supplier for platting and powder
coating process
 Annual cost of 3 lacs by saving 2 manpower of Inward inspection, By Converting 63 parts to
DOL.

2) Executive – Quality
Trigo Quality Production Services Private Limited – From June 2016 to August 2017

 Plan and executes audit at sites (System, Process & product audits) as per customer
checklist or Trigo standard checklist
