Special Advisor to the CEO; Bitmain Technologies
• Worked directly with co-CEO and senior staff of Chinese bitcoin mining manufacturer on strategy, special projects
and international sales, helping to grow business from pre-startup through to a market leading >$10b valuation.
• Led technical product management and customer success for flagship products, enabling sales in $100m’s.
Bitcoin Mining Expert;
• Built global reputation as a technical industry expert, creating the first repository of consumer setup guides, as well as
published product testing to certify advertised specifications. Content used two million times across 157 countries.
• Subsequently invited to work with C-level executives of various bitcoin mining manufacturers across Asia, Europe,
Middle East, and North America; directing product development, and leading international sales efforts.
• Brokered transactions and made direct sales exceeding $1.4m of Bitcoin mining hardware for clients.
E-commerce and Software companies;
• Re-launched product for University spin-out company Sports Technology Institute.
• Optimized customer experience for WorkOutLife, a sporting apparel company and increased customer conversion for
Hire Education, a South African home tutoring platform.
• Launched unique software offering simulating engine manufacturing facilities to avoid the typical costly physical test
deployments alongside the CEO of FDS Ltd and executives from Ford Motor Company.

• Created potential efficiency savings of $1.7m per year (in $1b subsidiary) by redeveloping sales forecasting process.
• Designed and managed a custom sales forecasting system, reducing time required to just 6% of the prior system.
