Projects:

 Worked as Site Engineer at new 132Kv Grid

To cope with power demand at cement plant a new Grid station of 132KV was planned at
existing 66kv line, which is to be upgraded up to 132Kv by WAPDA. All the equipments
installed are compatible both for 66kv and 132kv. Power transformer of rating 46MVA dual
winding 66,132/6 kv OLTC supplied by CHINT Electric was installed. I worked as site
engineer with Chinese engineer on this major project.

 Worked as Site Engineer at new Stationery Packing Plant.

As a result of cement demand it was necessary to enhance the packing plant capacity.
Erection and commissioning of stationary packing plant of 80TPH capacity fully automated
plant was done. I worked as site engineer with my team for its commissioning.
 Worked as Site Engineer at VFD installation project.
To reduce the energy cost at plant USAID come up with an idea to replace the soft starters
for cooler fans with VVVFD (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency Drive). So in this regard
17 VFD of different ratings designed by ABB were installed. ACS2000 for 710KW motor of
cooler EP fan was also installed. I worked as site engineer with ABB commissioning
engineers at this project.
