1.0 INTRODUCTION

In the following manual we will find everything about

the INVEN DOLLS platformwhich is designed to manage the inventory of the company,
both its products,warehouses , sales and customers. It should be clarified that depending
on the type of user that authenticates in the platform, it may or may not access the
different functionalities that this brings. The only profile that brings all the functionalities
is that of ADMINISTRATOR.

2.0 Requirements and installation

The requirements to run the INVEN DOLLS platform are the following:

 Computer with internet connection MIN 5MB

 4 BG of RAM
 500GB Hard Drive
 Operating System Windows 7 or higher.
 Have a web browser, preferably Chrome or Firefox.

3.0 Installation:

Being a web page does not require a previous installation to work with the system, the
only thing that is needed is to have the direct access or link to the platform and execute
it in a web browser.

4.0 Guide and navigation in the system.

1. Initial page: in this you will find the user and password boxes, if you do not
have this information, contact the administrator to be provided.

2.0 Start menu: a summary of the inventory that is stored in the warehouse according
to the user authenticated in the system will be displayed here . On the left side we find
the navigation panel to the different items of the platform.

3.0 Sales module: in this we will find the form to make the sale to the buyers, keep in
mind that each product must be scanned and verify that the seller is the correct one.

4. Product Module: in this module we will find information related to the products that
are held in the warehouse, we can also add more products by clicking on the add button
or add a new product that is not in the database by clicking in NEW PRODUCT.

5. Customers module: in this module we will find all the information related to the clients,
we will be able to edit the previously stored information, create a new client from the
NEW CLIENT button.

6. Reports Module: in this module we will find the type of sales report and inventory. We
can select the Warehouse , seller and the date in which you want to generate the
report. It should be noted that the report will be generated in .xlsx format

7. Module CONFIGURATION: in this module we will be able to edit, create, inactivate

users, their roles, change passwords, edit information stores and the same way create
them.
