Social Media Marketing for Bizzporto.com

This is the some of the way I used to promote through social media marketing for Bizzporto.com

 Our company Bizzporto gave a task to me and my partner Harshad Balaji to prepare a PPT on the ‘Impact of
globalization on Marketing’ converted into a video and that video would be telecasted on the company’s you tube
channel which would help them in promotion.
 Contents of P.P.T
1) Competitors of bizzporto and Why to choose Bizzporto?
2) Technologies used at Bizzporto like S.E.O, S.M.O.
3) How Would Bizzporto help a company to globalize.

LEARNING/ FINDING
Learnings

1) I learned how to tackle a client who is dissatisfied with the services that has been provided to him.
2) I learned about the buying behavior of the clients towards digital marketing.
3) I learned about the sales process of the company how a company should pitch the customers and what exactly a customer’s wants
to listen.
4) I learned how a digital marketing firms work.
5) I learned about the social media sharing tools in brief actually how its work.
6) Got a brief knowledge about S.E.O. and S.M.O.
7) Gained Interpersonal skills while my field work.
8) Learned about different departments of the digital marketing like web designing, Promotion team.

Finding

1) Through my research it find that 63% of the clients are dissatisfied with the services and major reasons for their dissatisfied
because they are not receiving proper promotion due to which there are less enquiries for their product, secondly there is lack
of communication between the clients and the company bizzporto and lastly there is no action taken on time to resolve the
issues of the clients.
2) Through my research I also came to know about that there is need in improvement in 3 departments majorly i.e. coordination,
promotion team and services overall for the clients who has basic package of Bizz royal
3) I also came to learn that Maximum Number of the clients were not aware of My Zone portal how to use it.
SUGGESTION (IF ANY)

Bizzporto.com
A. There were Maximum complain regarding promotional activities provided to them, Issues not
solved timely so I think an another department should be formed whose main focus should be
solving all the issues that the clients are facing and at the same time they should also look after is
the problem being resolved on time or not.
B. I also found that Majority of the clients were not knowing about the My zone portal which has
been provided to the clients so I think the company should conduct an education survey that they
may get an idea that how many people are educated about the services they are using or not and
then should prepare themselves to give education visit to all the clients once in a 3 months so this
will help them to regain their existing clients.
