9 Clean and check all the parts.

10 Install the sealing ring.

Required material

MANDREL 9998590

11 Fill half of the space between the lips of the sealing ring with grease.

Note
Use recommended lubricating grease.

12 Install the shim.

13 Install the gasket.

14 Use a new part.

15 Install the cover.

16 Install the screws.

17 Torque tighten.

Tightening torque

Primary shaft cover, clutch housing, screw 50 ±5 Nm

Tighten diagonally.

18 Install the selector fork.

19 Install the screw.

20 Torque tighten.

Tightening torque

Clutch fork, screw 120+20 −10 Nm
