RENT AGREEMENT

This rent agreement is made and executed at PLACE on this DATE between Mr. OWNER

NAME S/o: ................................... Residence of ADDRESS (hereafter called

LANDLORD) of the one part and Mr. TENANT NAME S/o ................................,

Residence of ADDRESS (hereinafter called tenant) of the other part,

AND
Whereas lesser has given OFFICE ADDRES (as per it is mentioned in the electricity bill)

space at his residential address on Rental basis for the period of 11 months with effect

from DATE on the terms and condition as mentioned below:

NOW IT IS AGREED WITNESSTH AS UNDER

1. That the lessee will pay a sum of rent of INR RUPEES per month regularly to the

lesser on or before 10th of each calendar month. This agreement is terminable by

either party at three month notice.

2. That the lessee will use the above said premises only for office/commercial

purpose.

3. That the lessee will abide with the local law/regulations.

4. That the lessee will pay electricity/water bill according to the consumption

pertaining to the said premises.

5. That the lessee shall not sublet either part of the demised premises in any form

whatsoever nor can use it for his/her residential purpose.

6. That the lessor has right to cancel the dated stipulated above/for violation or any

of the terms of the Rental agreement.

7. That the lessee shall not carry out any structural addition or alteration to the

building layout and fitting of fixtures without the written consent of the lesser.

8. That the lessee shall permit the lesser or his representatives etc. to enter the said

premises for inspection at any reasonable time as and when necessary.

9. That the lessee shall carry out all day to day repair such as leakage of water taps,

replacement of washers, electrical replacement etc.

10. That the sum of RS. ........... (RUPESS ............................ only) has been

deposited with the lessor as a security deposit fee from without any interest. This

deposit shall be refundable at the time of vacating the premises after clearance of

all dues.
