AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, JARED REAS PALER, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Brgy.
Tampoong, Sogod, Southern Leyte, after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with
law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the accused in Criminal Case No. R-3364 entitled People of the Philippines
versus JARED REAS PALER for Other Mischief now pending before the 3rd
Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Sogod-Libagon-Bontoc;

2. That I ask forgiveness for the criminal acts done to the complainant, Beatriz Batistil
for which she readily forgive me in order to maintain a harmonious relationship, she
being my mother-in-law;

3. That in order to have peace with the complainant, I promised not live with the house
of my mother-in-law from now on ;

4. That I will not use the cellphone of my wife, Yvonne Batistil Paler and the Honda
XRM 125 ;

5. That I promised not to do any harm against my mother-in-law anywhere and in any
place;

6. That I will visit my two children who are living with their grandmother in Zamora
Street, Zone I, Sogod, Southern Leyte every Saturday and Sunday as my visitation
rights;

7. That I executed this affidavit freely and voluntarily in order to attest to the truth and
veracity of the foregoing and for whatever legal intents and purposes this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 10th day of August,2011
in the Municipality of Sogod, Southern Leyte, Philippines.
