Proposed Activities of Yes-O Club 2019-2020

To strengthen the implementation of DepEd Order No. 72, s. 2003 in the Establishment of the
Youth for Environment in Schools Organizations(YES-O) and Dep.Ed Order No. 93, s. 2011 or
the “ Thrust and Activities of the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O)
The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) Club of Sta. Cruz National High
School is planning to conduct the school based YES-O Activities this coming school year.

A. YES-O Club is planning to conduct the following activities:


1. In school activities and contests, such as Sayawit ( Sayaw at Awit on Kalikasan), quiz
bee, search for lakan at lakambini ng kalikasan, on the spot poster making, recycling
contest, and in campus slogan making. Certificates and prizes will be given to the
winners in all the contests.
B. Budgetary Requirements:
Here is the propose budget to cover up all the possible expenses during the YES-O activities:
Activity Paraphernalia and handouts, Certificates and Prizes, and Travel Allowances for YES-O
Camp Participants.

C. Budgetary Expenses:
In – school Activities:
Activity paraphernalia, Certificates and Prizes……….. P 1,000.00
YES-O Camp
Travel Allowances……………………………………..P 4,000.00
Total Expenses Php 5, 000.00

2:30 Awarding/ Closing Program X. Output Indicators: The attendance and registration of
participants, facilitators will be the indicators that the activity was successful. Xl. Project
Sustainable: As part of the curriculum, Science teachers are to encourage to supplement and
enhance student learning not only inside the classroom but through outdoor activities through
camaraderie from students and teachers is strengthened it will further expand students awareness
on environmental issues and concerns.
