The citizens of all free national governments according to their national constitution are all of one family bearing
one free national name. Those who fail to recognize the free national name of their constitutional government are
classified as undesirables and under CORPORATE WARDSHIP STATUS and are subject to all inferior names
and abuses and mistreatments that the citizens care to bestow upon them. It is a sin for any group of people to
violate the national constitutional laws of a free national government and cling to the names and the principles that
delude to slavery, such as the colonial tags: BLACK, COLORED, AFRICAN AMERICAN, NEGRO, AFRO
AMERICAN, PUERTO RICAN, ETC.
The following are the steps for one to Declare and Proclaim their Moorish Nationality linking them back to the
Constitutional fold of government and the supreme laws of the land, the Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1786
and 1836 between Morocco and the united States of America and the Constitution for the united States of America
1791:
1. Declare Your Nationality. Be clear on what your nationality is. You are Moors.

 Make sure to sign the documents in the I Am section in RED INK and stamp over with your right thump
in RED. In addition you must pick from the titles of El (Law Giver) or Bey (Law Enforcer), the other three
titles Ali, Al and Dey are appointed once degrees of knowledge are obtained.

2. Proclaim Your Nationality. Inform the appropriate Natural Persons of your Nationality.

These are the three [3] pages of the 8 [eight] page Judicial Notice and Proclamation document that you need to
place your new Moorish Appellation. Please make sure to get your witnesses before sending your documents for
sealing and signature. If you cannot locate witnesses please send an email to
MoorishAmericanConsulateNE@gmail.com and I will witness your documents so you do not have to wait on
declaring and proclaiming your Moorish Nationality as it is in your blood by birthright and heritage.

3. Once you Declare and Proclaim your Moorish Nationality and complete the Name Declaration Correction and
Judicial Notice and Proclamation documentation.

4. We are requesting that you provide a passport photo so we can scan with your proclamations, the originals will
be returned to you. This can be obtained from CVS, Walgreens or Rite Aid Pharmacy. The photo will be used
to process your Nationality Identification Cards. You will need a red ink pad for future use so please acquire
this from any office supply store.

 5. All the originals will then come back to you and we will keep a PDF version
on file for our records.

You are well on your way to navigating your own vessel and realigning
yourself with the family of nations.
Please send them to the mailing location below and please do not forget to
include 35 frns [NO MONEY ORDERS] for the sealing and signatures,
which will include your Moorish American Consulate record number which
stands as verification of your status correction.

6. Once you receive your sealed documents back from the Moorish American
Consulate, the next is to Send COPIES of your sealed documents to the
following UNITED STATES CORPORATIONS to put them on notice as to
your status correction.

Make sure to put to the ATTENTION of a Natural Being running the Corporation.
