 Experience to carry out all piping fabrication, erection, supports, from conceptual
commissioning for the brown / green field Oil & Gas project.

 Planning and scheduling of pipe spools and supports.

 Ensuring proper Piping Fabrication, Welding and installation.

 Supervision on finishing works, items including welding, grinding, checking of joints,

valves, storage tanks.

 Regular checking of oven in store about electrode, fit-up inspection (Root gap
Alignment).

 Assigning the works according to the drawing to Fabricators/ Fitters and Welders.

 Inspection of pipe lines and making punch list, hydro testing and Inspection of all
process and utility line.

 Supervision of all fabrication jobs, monitoring & co-coordinating the work with
safety and quality standards as per client.

 Work planning, achieving the target daily, weekly and monthly as per the work target
given by the Site Engineer.

 Efficient Manpower Handling, work completion on time as per the requirement from
Client, maximum and efficient utilization of manpower and equipment’s.

 Take the permits for work (P.T.W).

 Preparation of all fabrication reports.

 Visual inspection of Completed welds as per Codes and Standards.

 Witnessing of NDT activities like RT, UT, PT, MPT activities and Review of the NDT
report prior to submit Client for final approval.
