a) Two (2) OPTION SALES for the first and second months, either personal or
supervisorial sales
b) Three (3) OPTION SALES on the third and fourth months, either personal or
supervisorial sales.
c) Four (4) OPTION SALES on the fifth and sixth months, either personal or
supervisorial sales.
In the event however that you fall to reach your quota for the first two
months and/or the third and fourth months you must be able to make-up
for the failure by producing a total of nine (9) OPTION SALES on the fifth
and sixth months. If still on automatically lose your appointment as Sales
Supervisor and thus shall be revealed to the status of a Sales
Representatives/Agent.
Further to this you shall not render or entertain any real estate sales
transaction that will go in conflict with any existing business or
project of V.V. SOLIVEN REALTY CORPORATION or SOLID HOMES
INC.Any violation thereof shall constitute among others a
consideration of your being relieved of the position as Sales
Supervisor.
4) You shall strictly comply with all and any provisions of the VVSRC SALES
\POLICY MANUAL, and as Sales Supervisor you are hereby enjoined to
observed strictly the CODE of ETHICS in the Sales Policy Manual with
particular reference to prohibition and disruption of a fellow salesman’s
previous and/or present (ongoing) sales transaction or negotiations.

1. You are operate as Sales Unit attached to the Branch but totally independent of
the Branch Manager’s supervision.
2. You are to follow all General Office Policies and Regulations on sales duly
established by the Company and shall strictly carry them out.
3. As Unit Manager, you will have over-all supervision, management and
responsibility to the branch, however, management must always be consulted
and informed immediately of any major problems or action that will affect
company.
4. Your sales quota will be TWO MILLION and up OPTION SALES for four (4)
consecutive months.
5. You shall regularly train and maintain a minimum salesforce of (5) five producing
supervisors who in turn have (5) five producing agents each.
6. As Unit Manager, you shall be entitled to an over-riding commission of 1% based
on the Total Contract Price on the properties owned by the company on the
production of your unit addition to the standard supervisors over-riding
commission and commission on personal production
7. You will likewise be entitled to the TRUSTFUND portion of these said production
of your unit, fifty percent (50%) of which may be used for sales activities,
exclusive for branch sales activities. Trust fund is 20% of lot portion of TCP. No
trust fund on the house portion.
8. Upon nomination, you are to undergo an extensive portion, management training
seminar workshop which will be vital to your final appointment.
9. As per standard office regulations, all estate transactions to your salesforce must
always be coursed through the company. In addition, you are not engage in any
outside, independent or private business, inimical or detrimental to the company
and the performance of your functions and responsibilities.
10. As Unit Manager, you have command and absolute responsibility on the actions
and performance of your salesforce such as collections, provisional receipts
issued them, commitment to buyers and the like.
11. As Unit Manager , you are candidate for the position of Branch Manager. Should
you pass the standards set by the company within four (4) months from the date
of appointment. Should you not qualify during the said period, your tenure as
Unit Manager will be for a period of 24 months from the date of appointment.
12. Should you fail to complete your four (4) months initial term due to premature
termination and relief by management or through voluntary resignation, all
pending and release commission due shall be forfeited in favor of the company
and cannot be used as payments for any pending obligations.
