The Board of Directors of M/s Hasan Ashok Traging Pvt Ltd in its meeting held on 24th August
2019 vide Resolution No.xxxxxxxx (assign number here) has adopted the following
resolution:-

“RESOLVED that the approval of the Board be and is hereby accorded to the company for
receiving financial assistance/suitable scheme from Government of India for investing and
setting up of EXPORT ORIENTED HYGENIC MEAT PROCESSING UNIT/ SLAUGHTER HOUSE.”

“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the company intends to establish EXPORT ORIENTED HYGENIC
MEAT PROCESSING UNIT/ SLAUGHTER HOUSE with 20MT/Day capacity with all necessary
Infrastructure facility recommended by the appointed Expert Consultants, Department
compliances & Authorities.

“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the project cost of investment, the company intends to avail
shall be as recommended by the Chartered Accountant of the company considering the
Investment & Managerial capacity in to account.

“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Board of Director of M/s Hasan Ashok Traging Pvt Ltd hereby
appoint and authorize Mr. M.K.Ashok Kulal to execute all documents on behalf of the
company and carry out any other relevant action that may be necessary for the appraisal
and successful implementation of the project upon its approval.”

“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Board of Director of M/s Hasan Ashok Traging Pvt Ltd hereby
appoint and authorize Expert Consulting firm M/s Supply Air International Pvt Limited
(saiTech) to execute all documents on behalf of the company and carry out any other
relevant action that may be necessary for the appraisal and successful implementation of

the project upon its approval.” saiTech are entitled and eligible for a Remuneration as per
their charges for their services rendered, M/s Hasan Ashok Traging Pvt Ltd shall arrange for
saiTech - the Food, Accommodation, Travelling, Meeting & Miscellaneous Expenses and
anything relevant and be necessary for the smoother execution of the Project.
