NOTES AND LIMITATIONS

* Limitation for Cuspid Rotation, Bicuspid Rotation, and Anterior Extrusion: Optimized attachments cannot be combined with lingual attachments.
Optimized Root Control Attachments cannot be combined with Precision Cuts.
† Root Torque: Power Ridge® is automatically placed on buccal tooth surface of upper and lower incisors when lingual root torque is present. When retraction
is combined with lingual root torque on upper incisors, a second Power Ridge® is also placed automatically on lingual tooth surface. For torque on teeth other
than incisors, doctor may request attachments. Attachments cannot co-exist on a tooth with a Power Ridge.®
**Note about Aligner Retentiveness: Doctors may request attachments when aligner retentiveness is a concern.

The default protocols described in this document are used to create the initial ClinCheck® treatment plan,
based on your prescription. However, the final ClinCheck treatment plan remains the responsibility of the treating
dental professional and should be reviewed carefully and modified as necessary before the ClinCheck treatment
plan is approved.
