The Introit

℣ O give thanks unto the Lord, for His is Gracious.
℟ Because His Mercy endureth forever.
Leader (bowing): I confess to almighty God, to blessed Mary, ever Virgin, to blessed
Michael the Archangel, to blessed John the Baptist, to the holy Apostles Peter and Paul,
and to all the Saints, that I have sinned exceedingly in thought, word, and deed: (strike
breast 3 times) through my fault, through my fault, through my most grievous fault.
Therefore, I beseech, Thee, blessed Mary, ever Virgin, blessed Michael the Archangel,
blessed John the Baptist, the holy Apostles Peter and Paul, and all the Saints, to pray for
me to the Lord our God.
May Almighty God have mercy upon us, and forgive us all our sins, deliver us from all
evil, preserve and strengthen us in goodness, and bring us to everlasting life.

The Gloria
Glory be to God in the highest. And on earth peace to men of good will.We praise

the only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. O Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father
That takest away the sins of the world: have mercy upon us. That takest away the

The Communion

It is truly meet to bless Thee, O Theotokos, ever blessed and most pure, and the Mother
of our God. More honorable than the Cherubim, and beyond compare more glorious than
the Seraphim, Who without corruption, Thou gavest birth to God the Word: true
Theotokos, we glorify Thee.
