Sorry for replying late, for sketch up revised view, it would be shared by today EOD, and following are the reply for your query listed below:-
1) Debris centered at one location, please check on this as the slab might not take the load and can get damaged. Picture attached.-material would be removed by today EOD
2) Pantry AC drain connection- Please check where it is connected.- Drain is connected at Reception area .
Just need to highlight the risk associated with approvals which is pending from your end,
1) Depending upon the decision ( Refurbishment or New machine ) Ceiling height would be concluded , need approval to move further.
Toilet Work:
2) Toilet work , as we are keeping on hold till you provide the approval how to move further.
AV work conclusion:
3) Please confirm placement of TV and other AV requirement that we can place containment as per requirement at site.
Would appreciate your revert , that would help us to expedite the work at site.

Please see attached draft agreement for your reference. Please delete (in track mode) on the terms and conditions not applicable to you.
Will revert on additional cost related to restroom, PA, fire rated door and AC units.
On the self levelling as the site was reviewed by Space Matrix before making submission, this has to be factored in assigned LOI amount provided to Space Matrix.
