AFFIDAVIT OF MARRIAGE

I, ALEJANDRA M. DULAY of legal age, Filipino, widowed and a resident of San Eu-
genio, Aringay, La Union after having been duly sworn to law, depose and state:

1.That I know personally RICARDO C. SOBREVINAS and CHERRY M. DULAY to be

husband and wife respectively having been married in accordance with Roman Cath-
olic Church on March 27, 2015 at Agoo Basilica Church, Agoo, La Union;

2. That I know this facts and circumstances because I was among those invited and
attended their wedding ceremony;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing statements;
