For MY 2007 and newer, fuel delivery is limited to 2 services annually. Oneroad will automatically
assign coverage.
•All other services are limited to 4 (with the exception of tows which are unlimited).

•On 5th Jumpstart of the year, please offer the customer the option of a covered tow to the closest
dealer if they push back after informing them they must pay out of pocket for the Jumpstart
•Fleet / Rental Vehicles Eligible for Sign and Drive (Not eligible for Trip Interruption / Reunite)

6. What are the terms for temp calls?


-- All Railhead calls will come from Glovis or a dealership and should be temped. The client will
provide a Valid VIN that will not exist in our system, please temp and cover all calls.

Railheads are when new vehicles are transported by train to a particular location and then off loaded.
Periodically these vehicles may need jumpstarts and sometimes a tow.

Temp Calls Sign and Drive Authorization

Sign and Drive Authorization: Seibel Case # (8 digits) and Service Campaign # (Alpha/Numeric
beginning SC) are required fields on the Authorization Screen.

Susan Marino from KIA, can update or authorize Sign & Drive for any Caller or Service. Never deny
any requests from Susan Marino.

Ask Susan for Authorization Code (if available)

KIA Motor American Representatives can authorize coverage. Capture Service Campaign Number in
the client reference # field.

KIA Consumer Affairs Reps may call into roadside to authorize services.

Capture the FULL VIN on these calls.


Capture the Siebel Case # in the Authorization Number field.
If Siebel Case# is not available enter 11111111 and clearly document why it was not available.

Document your Initials and the name of Consumer Affairs Rep (followed by KIA C/A) in the
Authorized By Field of the Authorization Screen.

Comments Section - detailed comments on reason for authorization

service contract from a Kia dealership, provide Non-Coverage options and have them submit for
reimbursement. DO NOT goodwill a service unless for extraordinary situations (e.g.: baby locked in a
vehicle)
•Offer Non-Coverage Options on Calls without VIN: If you are unable to locate the customer’s file and
if customer has a valid credit card.
•Offer Dispatch Assistance: If customer does not have a valid credit card.
•Always use multiple look-up methods before creating a temp file.
