1. This has reference, in your notice dated September 09, 2019 on the subject
captioned therein, with reference to work order No. kkkk/ SEC / 2016 2230
dated April 02, 2016.
2. Before averting further with respect to above mentioned subject, I have deep
regret for the inconvenience occasioned to the company and beg pardon for the
same.
3. The main reason of shortcoming was mainly due to shortage of funds on hands
due to imposition of huge penalty and non-realization of bill amount. I have
also submitted indemnity dated July 05, 2018 and bind myself to execute the
same in its true spirit.
4. It will be economical death of my business if I am black listed, I assure that
hence forth in future, I shall take all possible care caution to implement the
work order in any contract which is awarded to me by any company in its
complete sense and will not give a single reason of concern.
5. I earnestly request your kind self to settle my bill for the period from April 01,
2016 to March 31, 2010 and April 01, 2011 to July 03, 2020for outstanding
amount of Rs. 44,68248.68 /- as early as possible so that I will comply all
statutory shortcomings forthwith along with incidental penalties, interest and
damages as per prevailing respective law. I, further once again bind myself to
indemnity the company in respect of any liability following due to
noncompliance in my contract period of execution of work order under
reference.
6. I am anticipate your kind human approach and pardon me say not black listing
my company and thereby give chance of survival.
7. It will not be out of place if I state that, during my contract period, your
company has not faced any loss due to theft, damage or notice of suspension of
operation of mines hence considering the totality of facts and circumstances
 kindly sanction my outstanding payment and please do not black list my
security agency and oblige.
