Environment: Environment is changed towards betterment, after opening the door of learning
environment inside the school.
Attendance: Attendance is improved 400 times, the very first day of visit in school; there were only
forty students in school, now 200 students present on daily basis, majority of students are newly
enrolled.
Training: Teachers are trained in all aspects, in term of Subject Knowledge, Lesson planning, Activity
based learning and project based learning.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is needed in the school due to increment in the quantity of student’s
respectively.
Confidence: The confidence level of students Is boosted up to certain level after providing them
space of presentations, classroom participation, co-curricular activities beside that teachers are
requested to welcome the questions of students after the end of every lecture therefore the students
are much more confident.
Interest: learning environment of students is totally changed we have implemented conceptual based
learning, activity based learning and Project based learning environment therefore the interest of
students towards education is increasing day by day.

Outcome: outcome of students are far better than previous hence are analyzed with daily, weekly
and monthly tests, quizzes and assignments.
