Results 2017

• Total Number of students 24

• Appeared students 18

Students >40% marks was 0%

Students between 20% and 40% was 0%

Results 2018

• Total Number of students 67

• Appeared students 63

Students >40% marks 15.44%

Students between 20% and 40% was 16.78

Environment: Environment is changed towards betterment, after opening the door of learning
environment inside the school.

Attendance: Attendance is improved 400 times, the very first day of visit in school; there were only
forty students in school, now 200 students present on daily basis, majority of students are newly
enrolled.

Training: Teachers are trained in all aspects, in term of Subject Knowledge, Lesson planning, Activity
based learning and project based learning.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is needed in the school due to increment in the quantity of student’s
respectively.

 IMPACT ON STUDENTS
Motivation: we become the ray of hope for the students and teachers as well, after enabling the
door of learning environment.

Confidence: The confidence level of students Is boosted up to certain level after providing them
space of presentations, classroom participation, co-curricular activities beside that teachers are
requested to welcome the questions of students after the end of every lecture therefore the students
are much more confident.

Interest: learning environment of students is totally changed we have implemented conceptual based
learning, activity based learning and Project based learning environment therefore the interest of
students towards education is increasing day by day.

IMPACT ON PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

My actual purpose of joining SEF is for learning and sharing of knowledge and skills with an interactive
way for that I am trying my level best with zeal and zest, and I think it’s not only my profession but
passion, like everyone, I also encounter with challenges these are my personal, professional
development factors,

• Insufficient Teaching staff (Just five teachers and nine classes)

• Teachers Motivation (Due to eight month subsidiary blockage)

• Multi Grading system

• Traditional way of teaching

• Discipline

• Lack of qualified and trained Teachers

• Low Attendance

• Level of students below the red line

• No Subject Specialist

• Electricity

• No Co-curriculum activities
