TENDER NOTICE

Quotation for e-filling of TDS Return for financial year 2019-20 (A.Y 2020-21)

Sealed quotations are invited from the TRP(within 15 days from the date of advertisement) with
minimum five years experience providing Income Tax TDS related services for performing all the works
related to TDS return for The University of Burdwan ( Approx no of Employees- 800, Pensioners-200 and
Suppliers Or Contractors- 50). The jobs to be done are as follows:

1. Data should be collected in physical copy from office at Burdwan.

2. Filling of quarterly TDS return of salaried employees and pensioners through own software.
3. Filling of quarterly TDS return of others viz. contractors / suppliers through own software.
4. Correction filling (if any) for said year.
5. Receiving of IT declaration of employees and pensioners and finalization of their Tax.
6. Licensing with Income Tax Authority
7. Issuance of TDS certificate Form 16 & 16A
8. Others assistance, if any in relating to Income Tax TDS return.

dated 12th April 2019 ) & Form 16A

Terms and Conditions:

1. The details monthly basis information to be collected from the office.

2. The agencies must have to attend at the university minimum two days in a week.
3. Agency must have to attend at office in case of any urgency situation within an hour.
4. Agency must have to attend at income tax Durgapur office within stipulated time at his own cost.
5. In case return is filed late, due to delay on the part of agency, the late fees to be borne by the
agency.
6. This office reserves the right to accept or reject all or any quotation and to terminate the contract
without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

Eligible TRPs may submit quotations to the office of the undersigned which will be opened on 05.07.19 at
16.00 hrs in presence of the Finance Officer. The representative of the bidding agencies may remain
present during the opening process.
