Table 1 shows that 14 (70%) of the respondents were females while 6 (30%)
were males. This only implies that majority of the respondents who took the survey were
females.

Table 2 shows that 7 (35%) of the respondents were 21-25 years old, 6 (30%)
were 26-30 years old, 3 (15%) were 31-35 years old, 3 (15%) were 41-45 years old, and
1 (5%) age ranges from 36 to 40 years old. This implies that most of the respondents
age were 21-25 years old, this only conclude that most of the respondents were new in
the service.

respondents had a strong desire to integrate ICT with non-digital learning resources into
teaching-learning processes. Thus, teachers to be able to cope up with the fast change
of the learning avenues, they must possess one of the criteria of a 21st century kind of

Question number 7, got the lowest positive result of 10%, basing only of the 10%
result, respondents were able to emphasize the need of supplementary educational aid
to help improve the 21st century learners motivation and deepen their general
understanding.
Question 7 got the highest negative result of 90%, this only implies that the lack
of ICT resources is still a problem in most public schools in our country. Therefore the
efficiency and effectivity of learning of the 21st century learners may be found blurry.
Question 2 got the lowest negative result of 20%, this only implies that the
respondents were not aware of the policies and guidelines in the usage of ICT. The
pedagogical knowledge intervention of the use of ICT must properly learned and
comprehend by all teachers for them to have limitations and restrictions on what
appropriate ICT tools to use and when to use ICT tools for a specific context for
teaching.

In totality the grade of East Gusa National High School on the use of ICT in the
teaching and learning for teachers is 73.5% which has a remark of failed with a
description of “did not meet expectations”.
(the grading system used was based on the Deped report card which is available in all BEC)
