*No. of Respondents feedback for YES and NO categories per question / total no. of respondents X 100 = %*
*in the description below POSITIVE means YES and NEGATIVE means NO*

Questions 1, 3, 9, and 20 got the highest positive results of 100%, considering

the respondents, differences of both gender and ages. This only implies that the

respondents had a strong desire to integrate ICT with non-digital learning resources into

teaching-learning processes. Thus, teachers to be able to cope up with the fast change

of the learning avenues, they must possess one of the criteria of a 21st century kind of
4

teacher to effectively and efficiently establish a fruitful and meaningful learning

experience to the students.

Question number 7, got the lowest positive result of 10%, basing only of the 10%

result, respondents were able to emphasize the need of supplementary educational aid

to help improve the 21st century learners motivation and deepen their general

understanding.

Question 7 got the highest negative result of 90%, this only implies that the lack

of ICT resources is still a problem in most public schools in our country. Therefore the

efficiency and effectivity of learning of the 21st century learners may be found blurry.

Question 2 got the lowest negative result of 20%, this only implies that the

respondents were not aware of the policies and guidelines in the usage of ICT. The

pedagogical knowledge intervention of the use of ICT must properly learned and

comprehend by all teachers for them to have limitations and restrictions on what

appropriate ICT tools to use and when to use ICT tools for a specific context for

teaching.
