OUR OFFER INCLUDES:

START-UP, Supplied genset shall tested during commissioning at site to be conducted
COMISSIONING by our engineers compliments by our own supply of test equipments.
& TURN- OVER Includes diesel fuel (for start-up only) engine lubrication oil and coolant.
Includes simulation of power failure and power transfer from Genset to MTS
and vice versa. Full load test to be conducted in our workshop using
resistive load bank shall be final prior to delivery. We shall trained your
service personnel for the basic operation and maintenance of the genset
during commissioning period. ( For outside board and lodging of our service
technician should be provided by the buyer)
EQUIPMENT ONE (1) YEAR 1000 RUNNING HOURS 1000 RUNNING HOURS.
WARRANTY PARTS & SERVICE., OF ANY APPLICATION, EITHER CONTINUOUS-
24/7, PRIME OR STANDBY; whichever comes first upon commissioning
subject to our terms and condition. Our guarantee shall cover against
manufacturer’s defect, materials and workmanship only and shall not
applicable to damages sustained through mishandling of equipment, mis
conducted factory suggested maintenance procedure and any
consequential loss or damages howsoever occurring. ( Consumables like
starting batteries, engine oil, all filters, belts & etc. are excluded)
WARRANTY AS PHILIPPINE EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR FOR DENYO PRODUCTS,
SERVICES After our turnover to end – user, our service group will regularly visit the
supplied unit with free check-ups of equipment on a semi- annually basis
until post warranty. ( Applicable for Metro Manila area only, otherwise it will
be charge accordingly)
POST After of regular quarterly check-ups and trouble call during warranty
WARRANTY period, our service group will offer maintenance contract for post warranty
SERVICES service on the monthly, quarterly, annually or running hours basis
SPARE PARTS Available in our warehouse
MANUALS 1 set of Operation & maintenance manuals, are to be supplied.
