Marketing and Communication Coordinator

Summary of Position

(1) COMMUNICATIONS:
- Develops content for INJAZ UAE communication channels
- INJAZ WEBSITE, ANNUAL REPORTS AND NEWSLETTER: Updates INJAZ website
on a monthly basis, develops the annual report and develops/ sends out INJAZ
newsletter on a quarterly basis
(2) EVENTS: Executes and delivers effective events and recognition activities to promote INJAZ
UAE.
(3) PUBLIC RELATIONS: Executes public relations plans to further firm our image and overall
representation
(4) SOCIAL MEDIA: Covers all INJAZ UAE programs/ major events on social media channels
and executes customized campaigns
(5) RECORDS: Ensures the collection and filing of all applicable material to meet reporting
targets
(6) MARKETING SUPPORT: Support the senior marketing manager in implementing INJAZ
UAE campaigns across all communication channels and assist in establishing INJAZ main
collaterals

existing and potential partners, volunteers,
and educators
▪ Maintains active database of media contacts
and continuously
engage when possible

5. ASSISTENTING IN MARKETING: Quantitative:

Specifications/Qualifications (education, experience, knowledge)

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing /other relevant field or equivalent.


• Professional experience in communication, PR and/or event management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
• Proficiency in computer software
• Strong web development skills
• Strong experience in social media and other online marketing tools
• Highly organized and motivated, ability to multitask, complete tasks in a timely manner and
work as a team member
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated
• Be outgoing and dynamic
• Creativeness and resourcefulness
